Terms of Use

EARLY-STAGE WEBSITE TERMS — NOT LEGALLY REVIEWED.

These public, website-only terms are a plain-language early-stage statement. They are not legal advice and do not replace appropriate professional review. Customer services, pilots, data handling and acceptance tests require a separate written agreement reviewed as appropriate before work begins.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The site is operated by Mackenzie Conor James Clark trading as LYC Business AI, New Zealand.

2. Website information

This website provides general information about LYC Business AI and QuoteForge pilot preparation. It is not a standing offer to sell, a guarantee of results or a customer agreement.

3. No professional advice

Content on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, technical or professional advice.

4. Product status

QuoteForge is in pilot preparation, not general production availability. No public price is approved. Scope, capability, fees and acceptance tests are agreed in writing for a specific engagement.

Experimental and creative Lycheetah research may share authorship and brand lineage with this work. It is not customer evidence, a deliverable, a warranty, a method or a contractual term unless a signed agreement expressly names it.

5. Discovery and proposals

A workflow discovery or proposal does not constitute an agreement to provide services. Proposals are based on information provided during discovery and may change as requirements become clearer.

6. Pilot terms

Pilot engagement terms, pricing, cancellation, data handling, and scope are defined in the specific pilot agreement, not these general terms. A pilot agreement must be signed before any pilot work begins. Those customer-specific terms and the proposed data handling require appropriate professional review.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, approved source material, timely feedback, and appropriate access to systems and people required for the engagement.

8. Approved source material

Customers retain ownership of their business information, documents, pricing and rules. LYC Business AI uses approved source material only for the specific engagement and does not use customer information for other purposes without explicit permission.

9. Human approvals

The AI system proposes and prepares. The business retains its canonical business truth and permissions. Consequential actions — including sending quotes, approving commitments, spending money, modifying rules or widening access — require approval by a responsible person designated by the business.

10. Acceptable use

This website must not be used for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to access systems without authorisation.

11. Fees and payment

Fees are defined in the applicable proposal or pilot agreement. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. This website does not process payments.

12. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are defined in the applicable pilot or service agreement. Website enquiry submissions may be withdrawn by contacting LYC Business AI.

13. Limitation of liability

This site is informational and should not be relied on as a promise of product performance or customer outcome. Any customer-service warranties, exclusions and liability terms must be stated in the separate written agreement; this page does not substitute for reviewed customer terms.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
